What I mean by that is that there are theories,applications and lessons that spread across all 3 that are universal and I believe your?baseline?falls into that category. Other things that might wrap around and intertwine around all 3 would be things like character,religious beliefs and honesty.
What I mean by?baseline?is your acceptable level of?performance?or action.
Let me relate that perspective to my sport (running) first of all. I began running in my early 30′s and ran consistently and competitively camiseta real madrid niños into my early 40′s.
